Ramzan sirf roza rakhne ka mahina nahi, balki apni zindagi ko Allah ki taraf modne ka ek khaas mauka hota hai. Yeh rehmat, barkat aur maghfirat ka mahina tabhi apna poora asar dikhata hai jab hum iski tayyari pehle se karein. Aksar log Ramzan ke aane ka intezar to karte hain, lekin uske liye khud ko zehni, roohani aur jismani taur par tayyar nahi karte. 1. Niyyat Aur Zehni Tayyari Sab Se Pehla Qadam

Ramzan ki tayyari ka sab se pehla aur aham qadam niyyat hai. Apne dil se yeh faisla karein ke is Ramzan ko pichhle Ramzan se behtar banana hai. Sirf bhook aur pyaas bardasht karna hi roza nahi, balki apni soch, aadaton aur rawaiyon ko sudharna bhi roza hai.
Khud se sawal karein:
Kya main is Ramzan mein apne gussa par control kar paunga?
Kya main ghalat baaton aur waqt zaya karne se bach paunga?
Jab niyyat saaf hoti hai, to Allah raaste asaan kar deta hai.

2. Namaz Ki Pabandi Ramzan Se Pehle Hi Shuru Karein

Agar hum Ramzan mein hi namaz ki pabandi shuru karte hain, to shuru ke din mushkil lagte hain. Isliye behtar yeh hai ke Ramzan se 2–3 hafte pehle hi paanch waqt ki namaz apni zindagi ka hissa bana lein.

Fajr ki namaz waqt par uthne ki aadat, Taraweeh ke liye stamina, aur Tahajjud ka shauq sab dheere dheere develop hota hai. Ramzan se pehle practice hogi to Ramzan mein ibadat ka maza dugna ho jayega.

3. Quran Se Dobara Rishta Jodein

Ramzan ka mahina Quran ka mahina hai. Lekin aksar log Ramzan ke pehle din hi Quran uthate hain. Behtar yeh hai ke Ramzan se pehle hi roz thoda thoda Quran padhna shuru karein.

Tarjuma ke sath padhne ki koshish

Samajh kar padhna, sirf khatam karna maqsad na ho

Jab Ramzan aata hai to dil already Quran ki taraf jhuk chuka hota hai.

4. Apni Aadaton Ka Muhasba Karein

Ramzan ek mirror ki tarah hota hai jo humein hamari kamzoriyaan dikha deta hai. Isliye Ramzan se pehle apni aadaton ka muhasba karein:
Be-wajah mobile aur social media ka istemal
Gheebat, jhoot, behas
Namaz mein susti

In aadaton ko ek dum chhodna mushkil hota hai, lekin agar Ramzan se pehle hi dheere dheere kam kar diya jaye, to Ramzan asaan ho jata hai.

5. Jismani (Physical) Tayyari Bhi Zaroori Hai

Roza rakhna sirf roohani nahi, jismani ibadat bhi hai. Isliye body ko bhi prepare karna zaroori hai:

Chai, coffee aur zyada sugar dheere dheere kam karein

Raat ko late sone ki aadat chhodein

Paani zyada peena shuru karein

Is se Ramzan ke shuruati dinon mein headache aur thakan kam hoti hai.

6. Duaon Ki List Pehle Se Bana Lein

Ramzan mein dua qubool hone ke khaas lamhaat hote hain. Behtar hai ke Ramzan se pehle hi apni duaon ki list bana lein:

Apne liye

Maa baap ke liye

Ghar walon ke liye

Ummat-e-Muslima ke liye

Jab dua dil se nikalti hai aur tayari ke sath hoti hai, to uska asar bhi gehra hota hai.

7. Maali Aur Ghar Ki Planning

Ramzan mein ibadat ke sath sath ghar ke kaam bhi hote hain. Agar pehle se planning ho to ibadat ka waqt zaya nahi hota:


Zaroori rashan pehle se le lena
Zakat aur sadqa ka hisaab lagana
Fazool shopping se bachna


Simple Ramzan, zyada sukoon wala Ramzan hota hai.

8. Ghar Walon Ko Bhi Sath Tayyar Karein

Ramzan sirf individual nahi, family training ka bhi mahina hai. Bachchon ko roza, namaz aur dua ki ahmiyat batayein. Ghar ka mahaul Ramzan se pehle hi positive banayein.
